Ciao Amica Mia,
In just a few days, those of us living in the US, will be preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday. From grocery shopping, setting our holiday dinner table, to cooking and sharing a sumptuous meal.
Like many people Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. It’s a time to gather with friends and family without the pressure of finding the perfect gift. Simply the gift of beingness.
Thanksgiving is a time to feel full on gratitude for the bounty and riches that we are privileged to enjoy. And to acknowledge the abundance of relationship.
In the spirit of gratitude, I’m sharing with you my latest radio show. An interview I conducted with my student and friend, Dr. Arthur Weinfeld.
Dr. Art and I touched on so many important life lessons. He shared with me why showing up fully for your life is part of your legacy. With courage and his ever-delightful sense of humor, Arthur speaks about the challenge of facing a cancer diagnosis, yet again. Why it’s important to look at your coulda, woulda, shoulda’s. How having a difficult conversation can open the portal to pure love. And the magic of a living a meaningful life.
I believe you’ll find his words real, uplifting and wise.
May you be free from heartache.
May you feel joy and gratitude.
May you feel Love.
